Turkish banks have announced new limits on cash withdrawals through ATMs.Among the banks with the highest limits are Vakıfbank and Kuveyt Türk, which allow their clients to withdraw up to 20,000 liras in cash.Denizbank and Akbank have set the lowest limits, allowing withdrawals of up to 5,000 liras.
