China has lifted the latest pandemic restriction

Tourists entering China from November 1 do not need to fill out a health declaration

Китай отменил последнее пандемийное ограничение

The declaration of health, which was required from foreign citizens upon entry into China since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, was canceled on November 1, the country’s main customs administration reports.

“In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Border Health and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China and the rules for its implementation, from midnight on November 1, 2023, citizens entering and leaving the republic are exempt from filling out a health declaration,” the message says.

Also, travelers will not need to receive a special QR code to enter China.

As noted in the department, only passengers with symptoms of infectious diseases will fill out the declaration. For example, with cough, fever, rash.

Since August 30, China has not required a negative test result for the COVID-19 coronavirus from arriving travelers.
