NEW HOTELS IN EUROPE
Romègas Hotel, Valletta, Malta (winter 2024). The first luxury boutique hotel Romegas (23 rooms) will appear in the capital of Malta, located in a 500-year-old palazzo. It features mosaic floors and traditional Maltese hand-carved stone balconies.
Arev St. Tropez, Saint Tropez, France (March 2024). This boutique hotel in the style of the middle of the last century has already been called one of the hits on the Cote d’Azur in the summer of 2024. The rooms are decorated in red or blue, there will be striped changing booths in the pool, and instead of cocktails there will be a champagne cart in the outdoor restaurant.
Casa Monti Rome, Italy (spring 2024). The 36-room hotel, hidden on a quiet street in the Rione Monti area, belongs to the same owners as La Fantaisie in Paris, which means it is “charged” with the same elegant and bohemian energy. They promise unusual interiors combining bold maximalist floral motifs with modern art.
Dunasde Formentera, Formentera, Spain (May 2024). Simplicity and elegance is the concept of Dunasde Formentera, a new 44—room hotel in the Balearic Islands located on the popular Midjorn Beach. It offers sea views and Mediterranean cuisine.
One&Only Kéa Island, Greece (spring 2024.). The new One&Only Kéa Island resort will open just an hour away by boat from Athens. 73 villas with swimming pools and a beach club will be at the disposal of tourists.
Hotel du Couvent, Nice, France (June 2024). Perseus Group – the same company behind Le Pigalle in Paris – is busy restoring an ancient 17th century mansion in Nice and turning it into a luxury hotel. There will be Roman baths, a swimming pool and a typical French cafe.
Hotel Balzac, Paris, France (June 2024). French hotelier Olivier Bertrand, who is behind the Relais Christine, Saint James Paris and Chateau des Fleurs, has taken over the management of the Balzac Hotel. After the renovation, the hotel will receive a warm, muted decor inspired by the style of the 30s of the last century, a Japanese SPA center and a restaurant awarded three Michelin stars.
Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, near Salzburg, Austria (mid-late 2024). The legendary Schloss Fuschl Hotel is getting a new lease of life thanks to a new owner who renovated the 15th century landmark. Located on the shores of Lake Fuschl, the hotel complex will offer accommodation in chalets and renovated rooms, as well as a SPA center and a pool overlooking the lake.

Rosewood Amsterdam, Netherlands (end 2024.). The new hotel, located in the former Palace of Justice, will tower over the Prinsengracht, perhaps Amsterdam’s most famous canal. Facilities include three restaurants and bars, a SPA center, an indoor pool and a ballroom.
NEW PREMIUM HOTELS IN ASIA
Janu Tokyo, Japan (March 2024). According to the concept of the hotel, it will focus on “human interaction, playful self-expression and social well-being.” The facility will open in the Azabudai Hills area and will offer 122 suites, 8 restaurants and one of Tokyo’s largest wellness centers.
Kotiyagala, Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka (March 2024). A complex of 12 villas will open on the territory of Yala National Park, the “feature” of which will be the study of tropical wildlife. Tourists will have a safari in search of elusive leopards and cute sloths, and then relax in the pool among the jungle or Ayurveda.

The Standard, Singapore (summer 2024.). The hotel will open on the famous Orchard Road and will be aimed at those who love nightlife. In addition to the 143 rooms, there will be a signature restaurant and a swimming pool with city views.
Rosewood Miyakojima, Okinawa, Japan (late 2024). A feature of the new hotel will be a panoramic view of the East China Sea. Nearby are the famous Higashi-Hennazaki Cape, one of the 100 best scenic spots in Japan, and Yonaha Maehama Beach, the most beautiful on Miyako Island.
Aman Bangkok (late 2024). Architect Jean-Michel Gati designed the new Aman Bangkok Hotel, which is hidden in the urban jungle of Nai Lert Park. It will have two SPA centers, several restaurants and a jazz bar on the roof.

Banyan Tree Higashiyama, Kyoto, Japan (late 2024). The hotel is built into the top of a hill, making all 52 rooms offer stunning views of the cultural capital of Japan.
NEW HOTELS IN AFRICA
Waldorf Astoria Platte Island, Seychelles (winter 2024). In early 2024, the Waldorf Astoria will open its first Indian Ocean hotel in the Seychelles. The 50 villas located on Platte Island are scattered around a private lagoon and offer a personal concierge.

The Homestead, South Africa (winter 2024.). A new eco-hotel, The Homestead, will open in Nambiti Nature Reserve, home to 50 species of wild animals. There will be 12 suites, where guests will be offered all local activities: from individual safaris to cooking lessons and bird watching.
Cheval Blanc, Seychelles (autumn 2024). The hotel will be located on the southwestern coast of Mahe Island. It will include 52 villas with a swimming pool overlooking the ocean or the tropical jungle. In terms of interiors, it will be the most creative hotel in the Seychelles.
NEW HOTELS IN THE MIDDLE EAST
One&Only Za’abel, Dubai, UAE (January 2024.). The hotel will be unusual in architecture: two futuristic towers will be connected by a long passage.

Siro One Za’abel , Dubai, UAE (February 2024). The hotel will focus on wellness and recovery procedures, including nutrition, sleep and physical activity. Fitness and relaxation programs have been developed in collaboration with professional boxers and the Milan football team.
Rosewood Doha, Doha, Qatar (end of 2024). The hotel will have 155 rooms, a Mediterranean restaurant, a cigar bar and a ballroom. The novelty is suitable for those who are looking for privacy during their visit to Doha.
